November 12, 2009 (Fort Lauderdale, FL)—EPEC Biofuels Holdings, Inc., a biofuels company focused on ethanol production from sweet sorghum feedstock, announced today the appointment of Steven Vanechanos to its Board of Directors. Vanechanos will also assume the position of the Chairman of the Board, replacing former Chairman Philip Herman who will remain on the Board of Directors and continue as President and CTO of the Company.
